It's a different kind of park. Relax and flow with our Yoga class in the Grindhouse skatepark... A cool and calm environment away from the hustle and bustle of the outside world. Disconnect from your busy life and get in touch with your body and mind.
Suitable for all levels, this yoga practice is a great way to start the weekend. Guided by our yoga instructor, you can make the class your own with modifications in every pose so the class will always be as hard or gentle as you make it.
Moving to some upbeat tunes we focus on connecting to breath and calming the mind, whilst enhancing strength and flexibility in the body. After the class, stop by the cafe for a coffee or even breakfast and chat with your fellow students and teacher.
TIMES AND PRICING:
Saturday 7am - 8am for $10 per person. All you need to do is book online, arrive at the skatepark around 10 minutes early, and don't forget to bring a yoga mat and drink bottle.
